Jumu’ah Mubarak to all esteemed leaders, stakeholders, and members of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Akinyele and Lagelu Federal Constituency.

On this blessed Friday a day revered not just by Muslims but by all people of faith and goodwill as a moment of spiritual reflection, renewed commitment, and collective prayer I, Engr. Toheeb Adegoke, extend my warmest greetings to each and every one of you.

Friday, in Islam, is not merely the end of a workweek it is a divine appointment. It is the day when the heavens are especially open to prayers, hearts are called to humility, and communities are drawn closer in worship and purpose. It is a day of mercy, reflection, and unity. And for our non-Muslim brothers and sisters, Friday equally serves as a bridge into the weekend a time to pause, reflect, and recharge.

As we gather for Jumu’ah, the Holy Qur’an reminds us in Surah Aal-Imran (3:103):

“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided…”

This sacred instruction is more than religious counsel it is a call to unity, to shared destiny, and to purposeful togetherness. It is in this spirit of collective strength and unwavering hope that I salute the dedication, loyalty, and sacrifice of all members of the PDP across Akinyele and Lagelu. Your belief in our party and your daily efforts toward a brighter future continue to inspire me deeply.

With humility and a heart full of conviction, I respectfully seek your support as I step forward to serve as your representative at the federal level. If entrusted with this mandate first as the candidate of our great party, and by the will of Almighty Allah (SWT), as your voice in the National Assembly I pledge to uphold the principles of transparency, accessibility, equity, and development-focused leadership.

I assure you:
Every voice will be heard.
Every ward will be carried along.
Every promise will be backed with purposeful action.
Every step will be guided by the will of the people and the fear of God.

Together, let us build not only a stronger PDP, but a more prosperous, united, and inclusive Akinyele/Lagelu.

May this Jumu’ah bring peace to our homes, progress to our land, and unity to our hearts.
