Oyo State lawmaker, Hon. Abiola Olalekan, has felicitated with Oloye Benedict Akika on the occasion of his birthday, extolling him as a distinguished philanthropist, a loyal ally of Governor Seyi Makinde, a dedicated PDP leader, and the visionary founder of the Omituntun Benedict Foundation.
