Jumu’ah Mubarak to all esteemed leaders, stakeholders, and devoted members of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Akinyele and Lagelu Federal Constituency.

On this sacred Friday a day revered by Muslims and respected by people of all faiths we are called not just to worship, but to reflect, reconnect, and recommit to the values that bind us as a people and as a party.

In Islam, Friday is more than the end of the week it is a divinely appointed day of mercy, guidance, and spiritual elevation. It is a reminder that we are strongest when we stand together in faith, humility, and hope. For our non-Muslim brothers and sisters, it is also a moment of rest and reflection a time to regroup and prepare for the days ahead.

The Holy Qur’an reminds us in Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:2):

“And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression…”

This verse is a powerful call to collective action to stand with one another in truth, goodness, and shared progress. It reflects the kind of unity we need in our party and in our communities today.

With this spirit in my heart, I, Hon. Engr. Toheeb Adegoke, humbly seek your support as I offer myself to serve as your representative at the federal level. I aspire first to be chosen as the PDP flagbearer for Akinyele/Lagelu, and ultimately, by God’s grace and your mandate, to be your strong, honest, and visionary voice in the National Assembly.

A development-focused agenda rooted in service to the people and reverence for God.
