A seasoned philanthropist, astute grassroots mobilizer, and aspirant for the Oyo State House of Assembly, Akinyele Constituency II seat in 2027, Hon. Olalere Solomon ERE has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Hon. Chief Akinlabi Ezekiel Adewale, popularly known as “O gba fun o.”

In a heartfelt tribute, Hon. Olalere Solomon ERE described the late political icon as a pillar of wisdom, whose contributions to the growth and unity of Akinyele Local Government remain indelible.

Reflecting on the life and legacy of the deceased, Hon.Olalere Solomon ERE extolled Chief Adewale as a father figure, a dependable leader, and a bridge builder who devoted his life to fostering peace and cohesion within the political space and beyond. He noted that the late statesman’s rare ability to mediate conflicts and unite people across divides made him a revered figure whose counsel was sought after by many.

According to him, Chief Adewale was not only a committed party man but also a model of integrity and selfless service, whose life inspired a generation of young politicians and community leaders. He emphasized that the vacuum created by his passing would be difficult to fill, as his wisdom, experience, and unwavering dedication to the progress of the people will be sorely missed.
